Morning, arrive at Gaya Junction Railway Station and transfer to Bodhgaya by road. On arrival check in at the hotel. Bodh Gaya is considered one of the most important Buddhist pilgrimage sites; it's dominated by the ancient brick Mahabodhi Temple Complex, built to mark the site where the Buddha attained enlightenment beneath a sacred Bodhi Tree. A direct descendant of the tree sits within the complex today, along with six other sacred sites, including a lotus pond. Enjoy the evening by walking around the area. Overnight stay in Bodhgaya.

Morning, proceed to visit pilgrim sites of Bodhgaya. Top Buddhist spots covered in today’s visit are Bodhi tree, Maha Bodhi temple and Buddha Statue. The Mahabodhi Temple serves to be the main and most important attraction in Bodh Gaya. It was built in the 7th century, surrounding the Bodhi Tree that Buddha sat under whilst he attained enlightenment. The Bodhi Tree - Bodhi Tree is the tree that Lord Buddha meditated under before he could attain enlightenment. The Great Buddha Statue- This statue of Lord Buddha is the tallest in India and was instated by the XIV Dalai Lama in 1989. It is a meditating Buddha resting on a giant lotus, constructed using intricately carved sandstone and red granite. Tibetan Refugee Market - this market is paradise for shopping lover. It offers a large variety of winter-wears, handicrafts and souvenirs, etc. Overnight stay at Bodhgaya.

Later, transfer to Varanasi by road, Overnight stay at Varanasi.After breakfast, leave for Varanasi tour. Sangam is the first spot in today’s trip. This is the place of River Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati. It is a holy place for Hindus and you can find numerous people performing rituals and taking holy dips in the shallow waters. You may visit Sankat Mochan temple, Kashi Vishwanath temple, Kalbhairav temple, Manas Mandir, Birla temple, Bharat Mata temple etc. In the afternoon, you will be taken on an excursion to Saranth from Varanasi. Sarnath is an important Buddhist pilgrim spot. It is the place where Buddha made his first sermon after getting enlightenment. Later, many kings including King Ashoka built many stupas and monuments that are now a famous tourist attraction and pilgrim spot. In Sarnath, proceed to visit Chaukhandi stupa, archaeological museum & Dhamekha stupa. Overnight stay at Varanasi.

After early breakfast, check out from hotel. Drive to Kushinagar. On arrival transfer to hotel and check in. Kushinagar is an important Buddhist pilgrimage site, where Buddhists believe Gautama Buddha attained Parinirvana after his death. It is an international Buddhist pilgrimage centre. Visit Mahaparinirvana Temple – is located in the ruins various ancient monasteries which were founded in during the 5th Century AD. The Temple is famous for its 6.10 meters long statue of Lord Buddha. According to the inscriptions in the ruins the remains od Lord Buddha has been deposited here. Kushinagar Museum – features the various archeological excavations that were found in Kushinagar. Museum houses various artifacts like staues, sculptures, seals, coins and banners and a wide variety of antiquities. The Stucco idol of Lord Buddha built a striking Ghandara style is one of the major attractions of the museum. Ramabhar Stupa – marks the place where the Lord Buddha received the Mahaparinirvarna or the final enlightenment. The 15meters high stupa is one of the major attractions of Kushinagar and this stupa is also the most important pilgrim spot for the Buddhists and is situated in pleasant and lush green vicinity. Sun Temple – the temple dedicated to the Sun God was built during the Gupta period and is mentioned in the Puranas. The Temple is famous for its idol of the Sun God which is carved out of a special black stone (Neelmani Stone). The Statue was believed to have been found during excavations conducted between 4th and 5th Century. The Ancient city of Kushinagar is the final resting place of Goutama Buddha and thus it considered to be the most important pilgrim spots of Buddhist followers. Overnight stay at Kushinagar.

Visit Swoyambhunath – nearly 2500 year old site believed that the Radiant Lotus of the valley settled when the water was drained by Manjushri, God of Wisdom. Boudhnath - the world’s largest stupa of Tibetan Buddhist Culture. Pashupatinath temple stands along the side of Bagmati river – it is the holiest Temple for Hindus dedicated to lord Siva, is also a site for Hindu cremation. Also visit Kathmandu durbar square , Hanuman Dhoka, the ancient royal residential quarter, Mahadev and Parvati Temple, Machhender Bahl - holy place for Buddhists and Hindus, Temple House of Kumari, the vestal virgin or the living of goddess. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
